Welcome to the London Psychotherapy Group

The London Psychotherapy Group provides confidential psychotherapeutic relationships in which people can explore concerns that can be difficult to discuss with family, friends or work colleagues. We have a flexible framework that ensures careful consideration of individual needs and preferences.

As a partnership of experienced psychotherapists, we provide individual, couple and group psychotherapy for adults, parents with infants, and young people. We offer a variety of psychotherapeutic services for a wide range of concerns. We also offer supervision, reflective practice and mentoring for other professionals, both individuals and staff teams.

We work in

• North London within easy reach of several bus routes and the Northern line. There is easy access to major link roads - the A1, M1 and A406 - and ample free parking nearby.
• London Bridge with all its major rail and underground connections with restricted parking.
• Grasmere in Cumbria, close to the A591.
